As IT Specialist the part you play in the organisation’s international expansion is key. We’ll be rolling out restaurants to new and existing markets and you will be the link between our partners and internal teams.


  • In collaboration with US IT and local teams, establish Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards/targets regarding availability and application performance
  • Work with partners & vendors to ensure adequate support is provided within regions
  • Maintain a strong relation with internal clients, external clients and partners
  • Facilitate testing and implementation of new retail technology
  • Manage the gold image and test lab
  • Manage existing regional based technology vendors/suppliers and investigate and onboard any additional partners needed
  • Work with partners in order to identify, procure, and deploy necessary software or hardware

Store opening process

  • Coordinate with local teams to implement and exceed corporate goals, objectives, and standards. Gain and provide knowledge transfer.
  • Manage IT orders and dates
  • Backup hands-on or remote stores installation
  • Work in concert with franchise partners teams to enforce standards in the region around hardware, software, network, and security
  • Monitor and support store openings and provide management reporting

Operations & Support

  • Seek for continuous improvement and suggest process improvement
  • Assess feedback from internal customers and (proactively) identify issues
  • Ensure the service delivery process is effective
  • Provide management reporting on projects and SLA’s

Expected Compentencies

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business processes and identify/leverage Information Technology as a competitive advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Project Management experience
  • ITIL certified
  • Strong working knowledge of Retail or Hospitality systems
  • Working knowledge of hardware, equipment
  • Technical knowledge of current technologies

Work experience requirements

  • 2-4 years relevant Retail IT or Hospitality experience

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
